A request is not a confirmation

Submitting the form reserves no guaranteed slot. A team member will contact you to confirm availability, location, timing and applicable fees.

Emergencies

Do not wait for a form response. Call Jubilee Hills on +91 96664 88047 or Kharmanghat on +91 96664 88047, or visit the nearest hospital.

Changes and cancellations

If plans change, call the selected branch as early as possible so the team can offer the slot to another pet. Home visits, diagnostics, grooming and boarding may require additional preparation or advance payment communicated during confirmation.

Online consultations

Suitability is assessed by the clinical team. Some conditions require an in-person examination, tests or emergency care.
